From scattered assets to a brand built for scale.
BEON.tech partnered with Lupa Studio not for a single deliverable, but for an ongoing design relationship. Over more than three years, we became an extension of their team, working through shared channels, recurring feedback loops, and close collaboration across marketing, product, and leadership. This allowed us to support the brand as it grew, turning scattered needs into a consistent system across website, campaigns, AI-generated imagery, product interfaces, motion, and internal assets.

BEON.tech connects world-class software talent with companies across the US and Latin America. They move fast, operate across markets, and build products that matter. What they needed was a design team that could do the same — not just execute, but think, adapt, and grow alongside them.

BEON.tech was already winning — connecting top-tier Latin American tech talent with US companies, expanding across markets, and growing a product suite that kept getting bigger. The opportunity wasn't to fix something broken. It was to build something worthy of where they were going.
They needed a design team that could think at their speed and operate at their scale. One that could hold the brand together across a dev platform, a LinkedIn campaign, a motion reel, and a team hoodie — without losing coherence or momentum.

BEON.tech emerges with a cohesive brand identity, a refined digital presence, and a product experience built to scale — connecting the best Latin American tech talent with the world's most ambitious companies, one great hire at a time.

BEON.tech had the product and the track record. What they needed was a brand system, a website, and a product platform built to communicate all of that — clearly, consistently, and at scale. We came in for the rebrand. Three years later, we're still inside the product.
We rebuilt the identity from first principles — logotype, palette, typography, and a graphic language designed to hold across every surface BEON touches. Precise enough to earn enterprise trust. Distinct enough to own the space.



Three years of campaigns, LinkedIn ads, motion graphics, institutional videos, social content, merch, and event materials — all running on the same visual system. The volume is real. So is the consistency.


Stock photography wasn't an option. We engineered an exclusive AI image generation system — over 300 images and counting, powered by BEON.tech's annual photoshoot so every image preserves the authentic identity of our Latin American developers. Royalty-free and entirely proprietary. The prompt itself is now a brand asset.

With the system in place, we designed the full website — information architecture, UX, UI, and a component library built to scale. In close collaboration with their engineering team, we shaped the visual and interaction layer of the product.
